  1. Data collection

    1. Open the Supermetrics for Google Sheets add-on

      Open your Google Sheets spreadsheet. In the add-ons section, choose Supermetrics.

    2. 2. Data source

      Enter the platform from which you wish to extract data in “Data Source”.

    3. 3. Account

      Select the page or account from which you want to extract the information.

    4. 4. Data range

      Choose the date range within which you want to extract the information.

    5. 5. Metrics

      Select the metrics of your interest to build the table.

    6. 6. Dimensions

      Select the dimensions of your interest to build the table. Here you can select the dimensions in rows or columns.

    7. 7. Filters

      If you want to make a filter; for example, campaigns, ads, publication or similar, you can configure it in this step.

    8. 8. Getting data

      Click on the blue button “Get Data to Table”.

      You can now view your table created in Google sheets without having to download anything from .csv or move it to Excel.

  2. Automatic update

    1. 1. Schedule

      At the top of the add-in, you will find the “Schedule” tab, when you click on it, the “Schedule refresh & emailing” option is displayed, click on it.

    2. 2. Configure activator

      In this section you can choose how often you want to update your data, which days, what time and even if you want to receive an email with the notification with the status of each update.


Voilà! You now have tables that are automatically updated every day (week, or month) at a specific time.
